Last year I introduced the “Liberating Leadership” programme being run nationally by the Community Sector Coalition & wondered whether this would provide useful resources for the sector.

Alan Burley (Development Worker for East Marsh Involve) has now been on the first part of this new programme and has very positive feedback.  Alan will be at the next meeting of the Leaders Network (1st March at Grimsby Neighbourhood Centre) and will be describing the programme, the training and the toolkit which we should be able to utilise.
